1. Who operates this site

This website is operated under the DeDynamics.pro name by physical people. DeDynamics.pro is a Netherlands-led project organization coordinated by Aleks Dubowski with collaborator support. It is not presented on this website as a registered corporate legal entity.

This policy covers this website only. It does not describe the separate privacy terms for Amethyst Mapper, Mapper+, Amethyst Sessions, or other future apps.

2. What data this site processes

When you use this website, we may process:

• Contact details you submit through forms, such as name and email address.
• Message content, beta application content, and any context you choose to provide.
• Technical submission metadata such as page URL, user agent, timestamps, and anti-spam fields.
• Operational security data needed to reduce abuse and keep the site stable.
• Essential browser storage used to keep the site secure and working properly, including session state for the landing experience and storage of your privacy choice.
• Optional browser-side preference storage, but only if you allow it, for interface state such as display mode preferences.

4. Why we process data

• Reply to contact messages and beta applications.
• Operate and secure the form workflow.
